Charles and Sue's School of Hair Design is concerned about the use of alcohol or other drugs that might affect the ability of our students and employees to perform the tasks associated with their roles on the campus. Further, the use of such substances by an individual can potentially create safety risks for both the individual and those around them.
Principles of the Policy
The Drug-Free Workplaces Act and the Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Act require institutions to create and maintain policies regarding drug and alcohol use by students and employees. The School has created policies that not only meet the requirements of the law, but are concerned with the safety and well-being of our students and employees.
